Return Window

Most physical items may be returned within 30 days of the order date. Eligibility is confirmed automatically when you start a return from your order history.

Return Resolutions

Once your return is approved, our support team will resolve it as a refund or a replacement, and you will be notified of the outcome.

Digital products and other items noted as final sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.
